  • Embarking on a transformative journey, the Egyptian Ministry of Communications and Information Technology actively propels its vision for a digital Egypt through strategic initiatives aimed at empowering the national workforce. One such flagship initiative is "Wazeefa Tech," which highlight the ministry's commitment to private sector engagement in implementing impactful training programs.
  • The financial model of Wazeefa Tech is achieved through a standard model, where program costs are deducted from interns' salaries over three years in collaboration with Nasser Social Bank (NSB).
  • Partnering with Nasser Social Bank (NSB), not only for providing interns with loans reimbursable upon program completion and subsequent employment.

Initial Phase

  • Introducing available tracks and initiating a new registration process for interested applicants marks the initial phase. Following the track announcement, any prospective applicant can enroll in their preferred training program.
  • All enrolled candidates undergo thorough examinations and interviews before commencing their training. Based on the results of these assessments, the most qualified candidates are then selected for the training program. Once selected, candidates prepare essential loan documents for approval by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA).

Training Phase

  • Approved candidates then undertake a comprehensive three-month training program designed to impart the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Upon securing job opportunities, trainees start reimbursing the training costs to the bank.

Key Essential Information for the Young Talents who are Seeking to Join

  • Companies hiring eligible candidates from the program must commit to a minimum contract term of one year, with a starting monthly salary at the program's closure.
  • Loans payment with Bank Naser will be settled after the signing of a one-year contract.
  • The repayment period spans three years, with no interest, administrative fees, or insurance charges. Contracts received upon program completion.
